How to fake a protection order violation with spoofcard

I wanted to be sure all members are aware of a service called spooofcard and how it can be used to land you in jail. Please pass this along to your attorney so they can keep an eye out for this.
Spoofcard is a service that allows the user to call any number and have the call show up as if it is coming from a number the caller selects. Example, my number is 555-1234 your number is 555-1233. You don't answer calls from my phone so I call you and using spoofcard. Your phone shows that I am calling from say 555 1236, which is a number you will answer, say your parent's number, your lawyer, etc.
In addition to the ability to call from any number, spoofcard allows member to record the calls (yes, even from cell phones) and even gives you the option to mask your voice as a female caller.
As much fun as this kind of thing can be please be aware of its potential for abuse. If I have a protection order against you and want to set you up, all I have to do is call my number and use spoofcard to display your number. My phone bill will show that you called me. You are going to jail unless you happen to be wise to this and demand that your phone bill be used as evidence that the call was never made from your phone at all. You would also have to be wise enough to let the judge know that this sort of thing can be done very easily by using a credit card and enrolling at www.spoofcard.com or www.itellas.com .
Now the rub. If you happen to use a phone service that does not provide a bill, then you would likely just have to do your jail time as there does not appear to be any way to prove your innocence.
Just some food for thought
